1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://jusball.uk/ (the “Website”) and participation in our sports training programs. By accessing our Website or enrolling in a program, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants in the SENIOR MASTERCLASS program must be at least 17 years old.

  • Participants in the YOUTH MASTERCLASS program (ages 11-16) require explicit parental or guardian consent.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All program bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment must be made in full before participation in a session.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

4. Participant Code of Conduct

  • Participants must adhere to respectful behavior towards coaches and fellow trainees.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

5. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

  • JusBall UK, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training sessions.

  • Participation in our programs is undertaken at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to engage in training activities.

6. Program Modifications and Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, coach availability, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
