Yoga has been the focus in the 6-week block thus far. Sessions are delivered by our fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher

Sessions aim to improve flexibility, posture and spinal alignment, pelvic alignment, breathing control and mindfulness techniques

We believe there are major benefits to taking part in these sessions both on and off the pitch for all participants. The more regular the practice not just at the weekly sessions but also at home
