Jus Ball Football club operates in Hackney East London and prides it’s self on the importance of upholding a traditional football culture

How You Benefit
Participating in regular exersise helps to improve the body and the mind’s overall functioning
Our practice challenges individuals just outside of their comfort zone helping them to build courage and determination
We keep the brain in the conscious state by introducing novel ideas throughout the practice, improving the ability to problem solve and be creative in novel situations
Through our bilateral training program individuals are encouraged to use both sides of the body and both hemispheres of the brain in a rhythmic way
Synchronised practice helps to force social interaction between individuals and develop an awareness of others thought processes and emotions.
When do we train?
Jus Ball Football club trains three times per week. We also compete in the echo league on a Sunday. Our training sessions are delivered by our experienced FA and UEFA qualified coaches. As part of being a charter standard football club all relevant staff are first aid trained and have carried out DBS and background checks.
Through membership we offer holistic sessions also that focus on body mastery. Yoga, Judo, Taekwondo, Capoeira and Pilates to name a few are just some of the practices on offer to individuals on a fortnightly basis as part of our long term development plan. We believe strongly in developing the all round individual and not just the athletic or technical qualities of a young person.
If that’s not enough consider that this training goes beyond club. You’ll find school work getting easier to complete; as your mind and body become more alert and able to cope better with every day life

What Else? Synchronisation
We use synchronisation to ensure social interaction between our members. Studies have shown moving in co-ordination with others activated the functioning of mirror neurons and helped improve the control of bodily movements.
Mirror neurons are the only brain cells we know of that seem specialized to code the actions of other people and also our own actions.
