Jus Ball Community FC
Jus Ball Community club, holds sessions at the Booby Moore Academy East London on a weekly basis for our members
Above all else our members learn to have fun in a relaxed, safe and child friendly environment. The fundamental concepts of our philosophy are taught by our FA and UEFA qualified coaches
We believe in adopting an approach that caters for all skill levels, designing our delivery to help improve technical, social and physical skills across all individuals wishing to participate in football
Participating in regular exercise helps to improve the body and the mind’s overall functioning
Our autonomous learning framework encourages further technical practice without the interference too much of the coach. This develops higher levels of motivation and repetition
Our rhythmic practice helps strengthen the communication between both hemispheres of the brain. Science proves this develops overall brain functioning.
Through our bilateral training program individuals are encouraged to use both sides of the body and both hemispheres of the brain in a rhythmic way
Synchronised practice helps to force social interaction between individuals and develop an awareness of others thought processes and emotions.
When we train & How we train
Jus ball Community club trains once a week. We also compete in the brand new Arsenal Respect league. Our training sessions are delivered by our experienced FA and UEFA qualified coaches. As part of being a charter standard football club all relevant staff are first aid trained and have carried out DBS and background checks.
Through membership we offer parent and child workshops as part of our promise to not only work with each child but also to offer information and advice to the immediate support network around each individual.
Our community club is designed to increase the participation levels in the grass roots game. Our community group schedule is flexible and caters for those looking to advance their skills at an intermediate level

What Else? Temporal Processing
We use rhythmic training e.g. body precussion to improve an individuals sense of timing. Science proves that the brain works in time. Even with basic movements and basic cognitive functions millions and millions of neurons are called into action to communicate through synapses to help the central nervous system to function accordingly to each situation.
The cerebellum is the co-ordination centre of the brain, recent findings have shown that the cerebellum also holds cognitive and emotional functions. Meaning that the same mechanism used to manipulate thoughts and feelings are also learned through the same mechanisms used to control limb and bodily movements.
- Improved impulse control
Quicker decision making and problem solving
- Development of abstract thinking and creativity
